Finally noticed that the Dominion have level 6 Armor and Weapons for both infantry and vehicles/ships. So I'm currently on mission 6 and have been struggling to beat it on brutal and after a few retries, I started to notice how poor all my skirmishes with the Dominion are going (red, "player10").
